The learning industry abandoned dialogue for tools. AI coaching and auto-generated pathways promise faster learning. But this is avoidance, not learning. Knowledge emerges only through real interaction between people. Organizations lack not information but conditions for genuine dialogu — where perspectives create shared understanding.

We know more than we can say. The moment you focus on the stroke, the game falls apart. Most OD does exactly that. What survives the extraction is no longer knowledge. It's a record. Organizations don't need better training. They need infrastructure that lets what people already know actually work.

Despite countless knowledge transfer initiatives, trainings, and workshops, many organizations have not achieved the expected impact or transformation and remain far from truly becoming learning organizations. Yet, there is a way forward.
